With an additional 31cm paper/Kevlar bass driver, refined crossover and sealed box design the Classic 200 delivers an effortless, dynamic performance whilst still remaining completely in control whatever the listening levels. This ability is unique and combined with a silky smooth tonal balance and the famous Spendor midrange, you have a loudspeaker that can do it all.
Each Spendor speaker line is designed to reflect it’s character. With specific technical differences, the intention is to produce beautiful sound.

Spendor design, engineer and build all their loudspeakers in the UK. Every Spendor loudspeaker is assembled at our production facility in South Yorkshire, with components and cabinets all refined through our own in-house R&D program.

Product Features
The Classic 200 delivers music with captivating clarity and real dynamics. It can fill the largest listening rooms with deep natural sound. It is efficient, easy to drive, easy to place and equally at home with tube or solid-state amplifiers, analogue or digital sources.
The Classic 200 cabinet features relatively thin side panels that are lightly-braced but have viscoelastic damping pads bonded to their inner sides. These panels are attached to a rigid front baffle.
A 3-way 4-driver system featuring two large 31cm Spendor Kevlar composite bass drive units in an original Spendor 70’s style floorstanding enclosure.
Available in two luxurious real wood veneer finishes – walnut and cherry.
