Please Note: Due to the current worldwide COVID-19 situation, delivery times to us and therefore to you maybe be longer.
We can ship to almost any address in Australia, but please aware that in some cases we are not able to ship to remote destinations within Australia due to costs. We will contact you with the additional freight charge.
If you do not accept it, not a problem we will simply refund you all monies.
We also do not ship outside of Australia nor do we ship to PO Boxes. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped. Please contact us if not sure on 03 9419 5070
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Occasionally, we may not have the item "in house" at the time an order is placed. In this case, we will order it form our supplier and this may delay shipping. Or we will ask our suppliers to ship direct to you (our customer) to try and save time. Depending on the shipping provider shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. If it's a gift or happen to need it before a certain date, you need to specify that on the order to ensure we help you.
Shipping usually takes 5-10 working days depending on stock availability.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items are either free shipping or a flat rate anywhere in AUSTRALIA. Vinyl Revival can not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages either purchased on-line or phone order.
When will my order arrive?
When you place an order with Vinyl Revival, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and your location. Once the items leave Vinyl Revival you will be notified via email that it has left and also given a tracking number to track your order online.
We use various courier companies to deliver your order and each of these carriers has varying speeds of delivery times. Therefore, the time taken for the goods to reach you once they have left our warehouse will depend on the carrier and your location. The average time taken is from 1-2 days in Metro Melbourne and 2-5 business days outside Victoria. Remote areas of NT, QLD & WA may take a bit longer.
Please note that we cannot give any guarantees on delivery times other than the guidelines supplied by the Couriers. We do not accept responsibility for delays as a result of their error or if you or someone nominated by you is not available to accept the goods, but we will definitely assist as much as we can to get any problem sorted out quickly.

Is my item insured?
All items will be shipped without insurance, however for your peace of mind we can add on insurance at your costs. Please call us on 03 9419 5070 to enquire about your options.
What do I do in case I need to return a product if the unit is faulty?
Should it be necessary to return an item please call us before sending anything back to us. We may have a better or quicker solution for you or we might be able to direct you to a local service agent.
You may return goods for an exchange, excluding any shipping and insurance charges, within a period of 7 days. In case of an exchange, an approval of change from us is needed.
All merchandise purchased from Vinyl Revival is sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/distributor. Merchandise can only be returned in original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature/instructions/documentation and blank warranty cards. Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton.
Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package. If any of the above conditions are not met, Vinyl Revival reserves the right to refuse the return.
In case of returns, shipping and all related costs are the responsibility of the buyer to send it back to Vinyl Revival. Ship to us pre-paid. For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. Vinyl Revival can not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
No exchanges will be made after 7 days.
If a product you buy fails to meet a consumer guarantee you have the right to ask for a repair. The remedy you're entitled to will depend on whether the issue is major or minor. Should the unit(s) be found not faulty there will be a charge to you "the customer" for all postage and handling. If you do not want the product back as you now have a change of mind, there will be a 20% restocking fee as the unit cannot be sold "as new".
