New C-CAM Gold Dome Tweeter
The new high-frequency driver has been comprehensively refined to deliver greater clarity, control and openness. A vented design and newly optimised internal enclosure geometry reduce distortion and improve airflow, while the addition of a shorting ring lowers impedance variation for cleaner, more consistent performance. The tweeter features an updated compression ring geometry and a new ring neodymium magnet for increased magnetic efficiency.
Completing the system is the latest evolution of the UD Waveguide II, with refined geometry to improve directivity and deliver a smoother, more natural high-frequency response across a wider listening area.
C-CAM, RST III Mid-Range Driver
The RST III mid-range driver and motor system have been carefully re-engineered to deliver greater transparency and control through the critical vocal range. An updated RST III cone geometry increases rigidity and reduces colouration, supported by a reprofiled surround inspired by the proven Gold Series 6G design.
A newly developed progressive spider with optimised geometry, together with an upgraded voice coil and improved venting, enhances linearity, airflow and power handling. Housed within a dedicated enclosure, the mid driver delivers a more focused, natural and dynamically expressive mid-range performance.
C-CAM, RST III Bass Driver & Motor System
At the heart of the design is the all-new RST III bass/mid driver, engineered for greater control, clarity and consistency. The updated RST III cone geometry increases stiffness while reducing unwanted resonances, supported by a reprofiled surround and a newly developed progressive spider with optimised geometry for improved linearity.
An upgraded voice coil and enhanced venting improve thermal management and power handling, while selected models benefit from a larger magnet and optimised magnetic circuit, delivering tighter control, lower distortion and a more precise, dynamic sound across the listening range.
Silent Flow Port Technology
The new Silver Series 8G port technology takes bass performance to the next level by significantly increasing diameter to reduce turbulence compared with previous designs. Its innovative flare geometry is inspired by the interlocking wing feathers of an Owl, which allow silent flight, guiding airflow smoothly and quietly through the port.
This biomimetic approach not only minimises chuffing and turbulence for cleaner, deeper bass but is also a principle used in high-efficiency technologies such as wind turbine blades, demonstrating the wider potential of nature-inspired engineering.
Crossover
The crossover has been upgraded with higher-quality components throughout, ensuring more precise signal division and minimal colouration. Carefully selected capacitors, inductors and resistors improve electrical performance and reduce losses, delivering a cleaner, more transparent signal path.
The result is tighter integration between drivers, enhanced clarity across the frequency spectrum, and a more coherent, natural soundstage.
Engineered Wood
The European Walnut veneer on Silver Series speakers is crafted from real, fully engineered wood. Carefully layered and shaped from sustainable timber, it achieves the rich grain, pattern, and colour of exotic woods, delivering a luxurious, consistent finish without harvesting rare or endangered trees.
