Klipsch, founded by Paul Klipsch in 1946, is a legendary American loudspeaker manufacturer. Klipsch sound, as defined by its history, brings an unexpected surprise to the music listener. Special nuances and dynamics reveal the artist's intent and open up emotions that allow us to enjoy the true message the artist intended. Klipsch call them 'Reference' speakers because they take you back to the original – and remind you of what the artist meant to be delivered to the listener. A distinctive trait with all Klipsch loudspeakers is their "live" sound.

Throughout the reference range, Klipsch’s exclusive Linear Travel Suspension titanium tweeter, along with the signature ‘copper’ Cerametallic woofers and Tractrix ports, is used for low frequencies. The Tractrix Horn tweeter enclosure ensures that the sound energy is primarily aimed at the listening position and is not reflected off walls, floors and ceilings. The titanium horn-mounted tweeter is designed to produce clear, detailed, real-to-life sound with greater dispersion for excellent stereo imaging and soundstage. The aesthetically beautiful copper Cerametallic woofers are made from an extremely light, rigid material that holds its shape while delivering powerful bass with maximum efficiency.

Leveraging a 1" titanium tweeter mated to our proprietary hybrid Tractrix^® horn, the RP-600M II bookshelf speaker delivers incredible acoustics to fill your home with loud, crystal-clear sound and robust bass that no ordinary bookshelf speaker can.

The Klipsch RP-600M II sounds wonderful across the board with captivating dynamics and excellent sound quality, coupled with a very deep and clearly structured bass. The high sensitivity of 96 dB assures compatibility with lower-powered amps, giving you the ability to create an impressive setup on an affordable budget. If you are in the market for a pair of easy-to-drive and fun-to-listen-to bookshelves, then the Reference Series ticks the boxes.

HYBRID TRACTRIX® HORN TECHNOLOGY

Klipsch's proprietary Tractrix® horn-loaded technology ensures that the high-frequency energy of the RP-600M II bookshelf speaker is aimed directly at the listener and reduces unwanted, artificial reverb caused by indirect sound bouncing off walls, meaning you experience the clearest, most detailed, lifelike sound possible.

HORN ANATOMY

Klipsch Reference Premiere series speakers feature a compressed, moulded silicone face that is mated to the 90x90 Tractrix horn, reducing horn resonance for a smoother frequency response. Klipsch computer-modelled phase plugs act as a mechanical filter to further ensure a smooth, flat frequency response while protecting the tweeter from damage.

ALL-NEW VENTED TWEETER

A vented tweeter design reduces standing waves behind the tweeter diaphragm for a smoother high-frequency reproduction. The titanium tweeter diaphragm's lightweight yet rigid composition exceeds the performance of aluminium, polymer or silk tweeters. Klipsch's award-winning Linear Travel Suspension technology leverages a piston motion of the titanium diaphragm that lowers distortion and delivers real-to-life sound. A ceramic magnet housing provides premium performance; Klipsch Reference Premiere tweeters set the standard in acoustic reproduction.

CERAMETALLIC™ WOOFERS

Klipsch Proprietary Cerametallic™ woofers are the RP-600M bookshelf speaker's signature statement for both sound and aesthetics. This extremely light, rigid material holds its shape while being able to deliver lower frequencies with maximum efficiency.

WOOFER ANATOMY

Klipsch Cerametallic™ cones are mated to a dual-layer, copper-wound voice coil for exceptional conductivity.

Reference Premier woofers are housed in a non-resonating, stamped-steel basket secured to a large magnet motor, providing exceptional efficiency and low distortion, and are matched to our horn-loaded tweeters for optimal acoustic execution.

TRACTRIX® PORT + DUAL TERMINALS

The rear Tractrix port is perfectly matched to the cabinet and woofers, creating ideal airflow with minimal distortion or turbulence even at the lowest frequencies.

The RP-600M bookshelf speaker features dual input terminals so you can bi-wire or bi-amp your speakers for a custom, high-performance experience.

FINISHED TO PERFECTION

The RP-600M ebony and walnut finishes boast satin-painted baffles with a scratch-resistant design for an elegant audio solution to your home theatre system.

Strong, flexible, magnetic grilles provide protection and a sleek aesthetic to complement your home's decor.
