Valve Pre-Amplifier from Cayin

The new Cayin CS-6LA preamplifier features dual pairs of stereo outputs, allowing for bi-amp configurations. To ensure reliable voltage supply rectification for linear amplification, it utilises two NOS US RCA 22DE4 rectifier tubes in conjunction with four Russian 12AU7EH tubes. This combination contributes to a sound presentation characterised by tranquillity and fluidity.

Cayin maintains its dedication to top-notch performance by incorporating premium components into the CS-6LA. American multi-cap coupling capacitors and Japanese TAKMAN carbon film resistors are carefully selected based on their tonal characteristics, enhancing the overall performance of the amplifier. The CS-6LA is equipped with a generously sized power transformer and chokes, promoting optimal dynamics and sound stability. The high-quality aluminium front plate of the CS-6LA exhibits excellent oxidation resistance and minimal surface photosensitivity.
