The Canor Verto D4S is a high-end, dual-mono digital-to-analogue converter that combines a minimalist, premium aesthetic with a fully discrete and symmetrical analogue output stage. Featuring dedicated ESS Sabre 9038 chips and complete galvanic isolation for all digital inputs, it delivers exceptionally clear, natural, and accurate sound reproduction. Its immersive 7-inch touchscreen interface and sophisticated bronze finish make it a centrepiece of modern high-fidelity systems, prioritizing both intuitive control and time-domain musical accuracy.

Defined by premium materials and packed with high-end technology

Minimalist design and premium materials frame a high-end, fully discrete dual-mono DAC, resulting in clear, natural and accurate sound reproduction. The Verto D4A has been thoughtfully elevated by premium materials such as aluminium, glass and steel, introduced with Canor's first-ever bronze finish for a more unique and sophisticated presence.

Immersive 7-inch touch screen interface and versatile remote control

The spacious 7-inch (17.78 cm) touchscreen offers excellent readability and smooth touch response, allowing effortless navigation and clear visual feedback during operation whilst it's remote control allows full control over the device, including adjusting digital filters, switching inputs, changing display themes as well as accessing other key functions with ease.

Dual-mono ESS Sabre DAC architecture and Pure digital signal path

Verto D4S uses a dual ESS Sabre 9038 chipset, configured for high dynamic range and ultra-low noise performance. The analogue output stage is entirely discrete, with no operational amplifiers in the signal path.

This Pure digital signal path through galvanic isolation on USB, AES/EBU, coaxial and optical inputs help block noise and ground interference, preserving a clean and stable digital signal path.

Independently regulated linear power supplies

Power is supplied by a linear power supply, with separate regulation for the digital and analogue sections. This minimises interference and ensures stable operation.

Custom-designed "Optimal Transient" digital filter

This filter enables true Non-Oversampling Mode operation by bypassing internal oversampling, eliminating pre- and post-ringing. This approach prioritises time-domain accuracy and musical timing over frequency-domain perfection.

The Verto D4S employs a true dual-mono architecture, with a dedicated ESS Sabre 9038 DAC chip for each channel.
The analogue output stage is fully discrete and symmetrical, free of operational amplifiers, delivering high dynamic range with ultra-low noise performance.
Coaxial, AES/EBU, USB and optical inputs are galvanically isolated, ensuring clean signal transmission and minimising interference from the source device.
The 7-inch touch display combines a simple, clear, and intuitive user interface, ensuring comfortable operation of the device. The screen is easy to read even from a distance, contributing to a smooth user experience. It shows all key information, including input, sampling frequency, selected digital filter, and other settings, giving the user an immediate overview of the device’s status.
The display offers two colour theme options, allowing the user to select their preferred interface appearance.
Verto D4S supports a wired firmware update.
