Grand Final Flash Sale — Terms & Conditions

Promotion period: Friday 25 September 2026, 12:00pm–4:00pm, and Saturday 26 September 2026, 10:00am–2:00pm. The promotion ends at 2:00pm Saturday, 26 September 2026.

15% off RRP: 15% off the applicable RRP is available on eligible, physically in-stock products during the promotional period. The promotional price is calculated as 85% of the applicable RRP.

Products already advertised at more than 15% below RRP are excluded from the Flash Sale and remain at their advertised price.

Where available: The promotion is available in-store and for telephone orders only during the promotional period. It is not available through the website.

Payment: The promotional discount is available when payment is made by cash, card/EFTPOS or direct bank transfer. The discount is not available with PayPal, Afterpay, Zip Pay, Shop Pay or other third-party buy-now-pay-later or payment services.

Stock: Applies only to eligible products physically in stock at the time of purchase. No rain checks, backorders or promotional pricing on future or incoming stock.

Other offers: Cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, trade-in offers, bundle offers, staff discounts or special pricing arrangements. Products already discounted by more than 15% are excluded.

Gift cards: Gift cards cannot be used as payment for purchases made under this promotion.

Existing purchases: The promotion does not apply retrospectively to purchases completed before the promotion commenced.

Quantity limits: We reserve the right to reasonably limit quantities where stock availability is limited.

Pricing errors: We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or advertising errors in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law requirements.

Consumer rights: Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law. Sale products remain covered by applicable consumer guarantees.

Change of mind: This promotion does not provide additional change-of-mind return or refund rights. Our standard change-of-mind policy applies.

RRP: Any RRP used for comparison must be a genuine applicable RRP. Savings claims will be presented in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law requirements.

Shipping: In the event that shipping is required, additional shipping charges may apply.
