Collection: Integrated Amplifiers

An integrated amplifier is a HiFi component that includes an pre-amplifier and power amplifier in the one unit, as opposed to separating the two. Integrated amps are the most common type of audio amplifiers and can be used with several devices like CD and DVD players, tuners or any other source. Most current integrated amplifiers incorporate an inbuilt phono preamplifier for direct connection of a turntable to accommodate those wishing to experience the atmospheric, rhythmic sound of playing vinyl.

Many integrated amplifiers also have inbuilt speaker switching to allow for a second pair of speakers to be connected in another living space. Some integrated amplifiers also have an inbuilt digital optical for direct TV connection whilst some have a subwoofer output for system expansion.
