Fostex Professional Application Headphones - Now At Vinyl Revival

We have just welcomed Fostex Professional Application Headphones to Vinyl Revival.Fostex is a company that not everyone is familiar with, but it has a long and famous history, being founded in 1973.Fostex,along with Tascam, pioneered affordable multitrack recording equipment and was the first to offer an eight-track reel-to-reel multitrack that used affordable 1/4 inch tape.It competes with Tascam and Yamaha with a full line of products for the home and semi-pro recording studio market including an extensive line of cassette based multitracks.Fostex's current product range includes digital multitrack recording equipment, loudspeaker drivers, studio monitors, microphones and headphones.

Some production sound mixers for motion pictures use the Fostex Field Memory recorder whichn records audio and stores recordings as WAV files,as their recording device for sync sound.More recently,Fostex has expanded it's offering of hifi products to include high end headphones, digital audio recorders and devices for portable listening.

Five out of five star reviews are common for Fostex headphones.Online magazines such as,say......"The Fostex T50RP is in my opinion the best orthodynamic Fostex has made so far.Signature to this headphone is the grainless, smooth and deep black background evident in it's presentation. The T50RP's smooth and grainless sound is very electrostatic like, except that the T50RP feels more closed though the the overall sound is weightier than the Stax electrostatics."

There are many other great online reviews of what are truly great sounding headphones. The Fostex ranges come in styles:Open,Closed, and Semi-Open to cater for different listening styles.
